Shipping Information

Watchshopping.com will provide free standard shipping within the United States. Once we receive your item(s), we will pack and ship it out typically through FedEx (excluding Hawaii, we send via USPS to Hawaii). Once we ship it out and obtain the tracking order number, we will then send you the tracking number for you to check the status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we unfortunately cannot deliver to APO, PO Boxes, and FPO addresses. Our 3-6 business days air and ground shipping does not include weekends and/or holidays.

Shipping:

Any orders placed after 5:00pm PST will not get processed until the next business day. We will ship out your items between 3 - 6 business days after your item has been processed.

To Change or Cancel your order: Please know that you have a limited time to modify your order. Please contact us with your order number to modify/cancel.

Processing an order takes 3-6 business days because our watches are securely stored in a large safe that gets checked before getting sent out. After the funds are received, the watch will get transferred to the fulfillment center. Our fulfillment team will proceed to check, test and document each watch before we ship to our customers.

International:

For international orders, most are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

We do ship out items internationally for an additional $9.99 USD

Change/cancel your order:

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of your initial order.

Insurance:

Watchshopping.com provides insurance for items during shipment only (e.g. package lost, stolen or damaged in transit).
