Shipping Information
Watchshopping.com will provide free standard shipping within the United States. Once we receive your item(s), we will pack and ship it out typically through FedEx or UPS. Once we ship it out and obtain the tracking order number, we will then send you the tracking number for you to check the status of your package.
Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we unfortunately cannot deliver to APO, PO Boxes, and FPO addresses. Our 3-6 business days air and ground shipping does not include weekends and/or holidays.
Shipping:
Any orders placed after 5:00pm PST will not get processed until the next business day. We will ship out your items between 3 - 6 business days after your item has been processed.
To Change or Cancel your order: Please know that you have a limited time to modify your order. Please contact us with your order number to modify/cancel.
Processing an order takes 3-6 business days because our watches are securely stored in a large safe that gets checked before getting sent out. After the funds are received, the watch will get transferred to the fulfillment center. Our fulfillment team will proceed to check, test and document each watch before we ship to our customers.
Change/cancel your order:
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your initial order. Cancellation fees might apply. Change of ship-to address is subject for approval from our insurance carrier.
International:
International (outside of United States) Shipping is USD $9.99 flat rate.
Customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST (Goods & Services Tax), and other governmental fees are additional. Please check with your local and country government agencies for these additional fees before placing order.
Restricted Countries:
Due to shipping regulations and insurance purposes, we are currently unable to deliver to these countries:

Insurance:
Due to the high amount of dollars of the goods, shipping insurance coverages are provided by third party insurance carrier for item(s) that is lost and or damaged during the time of transit only. All claims are subjected to approval by insurance carriers for reimbursements. Please be advised that insurance carrier will conduct a thorough investigation. Process usually takes 10 to 20 business days or maybe more depending on the complexity of the claim and information provided. Watchshopping.com is not responsible for any lost due to post-delivery events such as porch theft or robbery.
Please check your package box condition when signing and receiving your package. If package seem to be open or damaged, please do not accept and refuse the shipment. Contact our Customer Service Team once you refused a shipment.
WIRE TRANSFERS / ACH TRANSFERS:
Watchshopping.com accepts direct wire transfer for international and domestic orders, and accept Bank Debit (ACH) for domestic orders only. When you select Wire Transfer option during checkout, you will be given an order number and will be emailed additional wire transfer details to successfully complete your order.
For domestic wire transfers, Watchshopping.com normally receives the payment in one to two business days while Bank Debit (ACH) transfers may often take three to five business days to clear.
For International wire transfers, it can take between two to six business days to fully process, depending on country. Once your payment is received, our team will go ahead and process your order to prepare for shipment.
Please check with your bank institution for bank wire fees or ACH fees.
Watchshopping.com is not responsible for any bank fees which are charged by the bank institutions.
