Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your item(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Every return requires an authorization before returning. Watches under $500 will not be eligible for return and/or exchange, unless the item is defective. All return authorizations has to be requested within 14 days of original purchase date.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from shipment date. All returned items must be in new and original packaging, with all original stickers, tags and labels attached. If there are any signs of wear and tear or removed parts, item will not be returnable.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- For any non-authorized returns or exchanges, the cost of shipping and fees will be deducted from your total refund.
- All returns will be inspected upon receiving and may be rejected at our discretion.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. We can accept returns that are damaged or found to be defective within 14 days. We recommend inspecting the watch upon receipt and not removing any stickers/tags or sizing bracelets until you are satisfied with the delivered product.
A 18% restocking fee will be charged for all returns less than $4000.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $4000.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be charged a 8% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged our restocking fee.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All special order items are not returnable. (Special order = products more than $10,000).
Deposits for special order items are non-refundable.
Items purchased by any watch brand distributors, watch manufacturers, or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities, in any manner are not returnable for any reason.
For international customers, if your return is due to customs/duty reasons - you will be billed the shipping fee and restocking fee if it applies.
