Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your item(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from shipment date. All returned items must be in new and original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If there are any signs of wear and tear or removed parts, item will not be returnable.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Every return requires an authorization before returning. All return authorizations has to be requested within 30 days of original purchase date.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns less than $4000.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $4000.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be charged a 8% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged our restocking fee.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All special order items are not returnable. (Special order = products more than $10,000).
Deposits for special order items are non-refundable.
Items purchased by any watch brand distributors, watch manufacturers, or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities, in any manner are not returnable for any reason.
For international customers, if your return is due to customs/duty reasons - you will be billed the shipping fee and restocking fee if it applies.
